My areas of specialty and expertise are the resort towns of Summit County - Breckenridge, Keystone, Frisco, Silverthorne and Dillon. Each is unique and special in its own way but collectively these historic communities offer an incredible quality of life and an unmatched array of outdoor activities.

Skiing is what we're best know for and we're fortunate to have seven world-class resorts at our doorstep. We also offer five outstanding cross-country ski centers groomed for both classic and skate skiing.

Perhaps we're less famous for our summer-time activities but the phrase "I came for the winter and stayed for the summer" is a cliche for a very good reason. Summers in Summit County are so magical they're beyond description. With over 75% of the county protected as national forest and open space, there are endless opportunities for hiking and biking. And our rivers are not only pristine, they offer outstanding Gold-Medal fly fishing and great rafting for those who want both excitement and relaxation. Also, Summit County just wouldn't be the same without gorgeous Lake Dillon - great for sailing, boating, exploring and stunning to look at while enjoying a cold beverage at the famous Tiki Bar.

There's even plenty to keep you busy if you aren't an active outdoor enthusiast. There are concerts, festivals, art galleries, museums and the best small-town events such as The BBQ Challenge and 4th of July. I simply can't imagine living any place else.
